MISSION
The primary mission of the Red Line Athletic Club is to develop, organize and maintain amateur hockey programming with supplemental off-ice developmental programming in a manner consistent our core values.
MEMBERSHIPS AND AFFILIATIONS
The Red Line Athletic Club is a member of the Amateur Athletic Union as well as various other sport and age specific leagues.

* Lifelong athletic participation for physical health, social and mental well-being;
* Time management ability required of competitive amateur athletes that are also students or working professionals.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
In the pursuit of our primary mission and in keeping with our core values, the Club has a number of core operating principles:
* Seasonal Competition – RLAC conducts specific seasons in order to maximize opportunities for students to participate in more than one sport (with RLAC or elsewhere), to be involved in non-athletic activities, and to encourage proper perspective on the role of athletics;
* Competition and Practice Limits – RLAC will adheres to minimum and maximum allotted games and practice activities per week and season.
* Practice and Game Times: Are organized in a manner that minimizes conflicts with class schedules and examinations.
* Cost – RLAC makes every effort to keep participation costs reasonable.
* Travel – RLAC uses travel only for a) teams/players that must travel to find appropriate competition and b) when needed for facility space
* Behavior – RLAC has a very low tolerance for player or parental misbehavior. The Club holds every right to dismiss parents or players from participation.
